Late Arrival Get Together on May 5

Dear students,

Have you recently arrived at FAU and are still finding your way around? The International Office warmly invites you to the Late Arrival Get-Together on May 5.

This event is especially designed for students who missed the Welcome Week or would like another chance to connect with others and ask questions.
All essential information about studying and living in Germany, such as health insurance, city registration, residence permit, and banking, is already available in recorded videos<https://www.fau.tv/series/welcome-day-s25?sortField=episode> online. Instead of repeating these sessions, this event focuses on meeting people, networking, and getting personalized support.

What to expect:

* A short introduction to the International Office
* A speed-friending session to meet other students
* An interactive World Café, where you can ask specific questions with different topic stations, including:
* Living in Germany
* Studying at FAU
* Visa & Residence Permit
* City Registration & Bank Account
At each station, you can speak directly with staff and experienced students, ask your questions, and share your experiences.
